Laboratory grade stainless steel triangular spiral packing is a miniaturized bulk packing designed specifically for the needs of laboratory miniaturization and high-precision separation/reaction. It is made of 304 and 316L stainless steel as the core material (some special scenarios use Hastelloy), with unit sizes much smaller than industrial grade, usually 1-3mm in diameter and 5-15mm in length. It is packed in an orderly or disordered manner into small laboratory columns (such as glass distillation columns and absorption columns with inner diameters of 10-50mm), utilizing the stability of stainless steel material and the mass transfer advantages of triangular spiral structure to achieve low flow, high-purity gas-liquid mass transfer process. It is a key component for laboratory separation, purification, and sample pretreatment
