Short Description:

Wood stove fireplace precious metal catalyst uses cordierite honeycomb ceramic or metal substrate as carrier,and palladium (Pd) platinum (Pt) rhodium (Rh) as the main active component.it is mainly used to treat harmful exhaust gas such as carbon monoxide (CO) and incompletely burned hydrocarbons (CnHm) generated during the barbecue or burning process of the oven or fireplace.

Wood stove catalytic converter generally use mullite or cordierite honeycomb ceramics with stainless steel material as the shell. Due to its good heat resistance and high temperature resistance, it can be used for wooden stove and fireplaces. The honeycomb shaped pore size can filter some impurities and can be used for smoke exhaust port filtration.

It has two types,without coating(left one) and coating with precious metal (right one).Without coating wood stove converter can used in the common fire-place,it can help to thermal storage and filter some smoke and dust. If it is nec-essary to reduce CO emissions,coat-ings can be customized according to the application environment, it can lock the heat and reduce consumption.
