Recently, a batch of honeycomb ceramic regenerator with specifications of 150 × 150 × 300mm completed factory inspection and packaging operations, and were shipped in full container form to designated ports of overseas customers. This batch of products will be used for filling the heat storage chambers of customers' RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidation Furnace) and RCO (Regenerative Catalytic Oxidation Furnace) devices, marking the substantive delivery stage of another foreign trade order for industrial waste gas treatment.
- 1.Balanced Cross-Section -150 × 150mm is easy to handle and install, while providing uniform airflow and stable stacking in the regenerator bed.
- 2.Effective heat exchange length - Compared to a 150mm cube, a 300mm cube has doubled the heat exchange path without generating excessive pressure drop, thereby improving heat utilization efficiency at acceptable fan power.
- 3.Mechanical and thermal shock reliability - This size enables controllable internal temperature gradients, reduces the risk of cracking under RTO cycle operation, and improves handling survival rate.
- 4.Standardization and installation coordination - it matches the common RTO bed height (e.g. 1.5 meters for five floors), simplifying on-site work, spare parts planning, and replacement.
- 5.Supply chain availability - it is the most widely used module size for production and inventory, shortening delivery cycles and costs compared to non-standard sizes.
Check the dimensional tolerances and surface defects of each block. Conduct batch sampling thermal shock testing to verify the stability of the material. All products are packaged in cardboard boxes with fumigation trays to avoid damage during long-distance sea transportation. MTC and inspection reports can be provided upon request.
