Why are tri pack balls and plastic pall rings commonly used in the chemical industry?
1. Tri pack ball, which adopting new environmentally friendly PP raw materials for injection molding, the spherical structure is uniform, the porosity is high, the specific surface area is large and it has the characteristics of acid and alkali corrosion resistance, high flux, low resistance, and high mass transfer efficiency. It is widely used in waste gas washing, dechlorination and deoxygenation, neutralization tower, cooling tower and other scenarios, which can significantly improve the gas-liquid contact and purification effect.
2. Plastic pall ring, as a classic and efficient packing, optimizes the design of openings and inner curved blades on the basis of traditional raschig ring, effectively improving gas-liquid distribution and reducing wall flow effects; Under the same operating conditions, the flux is increased by about 50%, the pressure drop is reduced by about 50%, and the mass transfer efficiency is increased by about 30%. It is suitable for a wide range of corrosive environments with pH 1-14, covering fields such as petrochemicals, chlor alkali, coking, new energy, and flue gas treatment.
