As water resource issues become increasingly critical, global attention toward water treatment projects is intensifying. Our company offers a range of products designed for applications such as municipal sewage treatment, industrial wastewater purification, and water clarification. Among these, our stainless steel inclined tube settler media—serving as core solid-liquid separation filtration components—have earned widespread recognition from global clients for their robust structure, superior settling efficiency, and exceptional service life. We recently completed a project involving the production and assembly of stainless steel inclined tube settler; following a two-week manufacturing and assembly period, the units have been shipped.
In modern water and sewage treatment systems, traditional settling tanks often suffer from issues such as low efficiency, a large footprint, and slow sludge settling rates. To address these industry challenges, our inclined tube settler lamella sheet products utilize an optimized honeycomb-like inclined structure and the principle of shallow-layer sedimentation. This design effectively overcomes the limitations of conventional clarification equipment, such as insufficient settling area and low hydraulic loading capacity. Compared to standard plastic inclined tube modules, our stainless steel products significantly enhance the overall performance of water treatment systems.
Our inclined lamella sheets/inclined tube settlers are made of high standard 304/316 stainless steel material, which is honeycomb shaped and installed at a standard inclination angle of 60 ° to maximize the effective sedimentation area and significantly improve solid-liquid separation efficiency. Compared with similar ordinary products, our product has the following core advantages:
- Excellent corrosion resistance and anti-aging performance: stainless steel is acid resistant, alkali resistant, high temperature resistant and resistant to microbial erosion, and is not easy to deform, crack or age. It is suitable for harsh working conditions such as industrial acidic wastewater, high salinity water quality, and long-term outdoor operations, completely avoiding the common aging and failure problems of plastic inclined plates/pipes.
- Efficient sedimentation and stable operation: The dense honeycomb tube bundle structure increases the effective sedimentation area by 20-25 times compared to traditional sedimentation tanks. This structure can effectively intercept suspended solids, sludge, and particulate impurities, with a TSS (total suspended solids) removal rate of up to 95% -99%. It shortens hydraulic retention time, improves pool utilization, and saves project land area and construction costs.
- Self cleaning and low maintenance: The stainless steel surface is smooth and not prone to sludge adhesion or scaling. The inclined pipe design promotes the automatic sliding and settling of sludge, eliminating the need for frequent manual cleaning and replacement, significantly reducing the later operation and maintenance costs of water treatment projects.
- Strong compatibility and long service life: The overall structure is stable, resistant to water flow impact and equipment vibration. Its service life is more than 5 times that of plastic inclined tube sedimentation components, ensuring the long-term stable operation of the sedimentation tank.
