1. High Voidage, Low Pressure Drop: With a pore rate >50%, compared to standard Pall rings of the same specifications, the pressure drop can be reduced by approximately 45%; it allows higher gas-liquid loading, higher flooding point, greater processing capacity, and lower energy consumption
2. Excellent Anti-Clogging/Anti-Scale Performance: The open grid structure resists impurity accumulation, making it suitable for applications involving dusty or dirty media
3. Uniform gas-liquid distribution: The staggered vertical ribs + reinforced horizontal ribs structure reduces wall flow and ensures stable mass transfer efficiency
4. High Mechanical Strength: Features built-in reinforcing ribs, lightweight, capable of supporting higher filler layer heights, and reduces the need for intermediate supports
