What is High/Medium/Low Temp Honeycomb SCR Denitration Catalyst?

According to the different temperature ranges allowed for SCR operation, it is generally divided into low-temperature SCR catalysts (around 150 ℃ -260 ℃), mainly using copper based molecular sieve SCR catalysts; Medium temperature SCR catalyst (around 260 ℃ -400 ℃), mainly using vanadium based SCR catalyst; And high-temperature SCR catalysts (above 300 ℃ -600 ℃), mainly using iron-based molecular sieve SCR catalysts.

1.Efficient

Compared to traditional catalysts, the denitrification efficiency is increased by 10-20% under the same conditions

2.non-toxic

Iron based multiphase oxide catalysts are completely non-toxic and harmless to the environment.

3.Cost-effective

The main component of titanium dioxide production waste is iron, which can be used as a raw material to prepare by controlling production temperature and other conditions.

4.Diverse application forms

Specific catalyst shapes can be made according to the specific conditions of the denitrification site
5.Adapt to a wider range of temperatures

Denitrification effect can be achieved at flue gas temperatures ranging from 200 to 550 degrees Celsius, suitable for temperatures around 350 degrees Celsius.
