Serveral days ago, we Bestn Chemical arranged a batch of shipment about 240x152.4mm and 200cpsi cordierite honeycomb ceramic dpf (Diesel Particulate Filter), which is our mainly product in exhaust system.
Half month ago, our client placed an order which is 240x152.4mm cordierite DPF.
The order comprises high-performance dpf filter with the size of 240x152.4mm and 200 CPSI (cells per square inch) pore density, tailored to meet the growing demand for efficient particulate matter (PM) control in diesel-powered trucks.
Regard to the client's requirements, we communicated with the client for several times, especially about the tolenrance, the temperature of the application and the package,etc.
Crafted from premium cordierite material, honeycomb ceramic DPF filters feature exceptional structural integrity and thermal shock resistance, capable of withstanding operating temperatures up to 1400°C. 200-CPSI configuration combined with a wall thickness of 0.36mm±0.04mm and a filtration efficiency of over 90% for soot particles while maintaining low backpressure – a critical performance balance for diesel engine operation. The manufacturing process adheres to strict quality control protocols, including high-pressure extrusion molding with precision laser monitoring and intelligent sintering at 1420-1450°C, guaranteeing uniform pore distribution and mechanical strength exceeding 10MPa.

To make sure each batch delivery of cordierite DPF meets delivery standards and client's application requirements, our factory testing focuse on rapid, accurate and applicable inspections – covering dimensional precision, structural integrity, basic performance and package.
All pieces of cordierite DPF 100% inspected units must pass dimensional, visual, and leakage tests; sampling tests must meet ≥95% pass rate (failed batches require full re-inspection) and then we can pack them well to ship.
