News - Sharing The Production And Shipment of HDPE Shade Ball Reducing Water Evaporation

As major cities around the world actively address the challenge of water scarcity caused by climate change, a simple and efficient solution - shade ball - is increasingly favored. They can effectively reduce water evaporation and prevent algae growth by covering the surface of water bodies, and have become an important tool for protecting precious water resources such as reservoirs and lakes.

A month ago, our company received an order from an old customer for 30,0000 sunshade balls,with the landing of orders, our company responded quickly and carried out special optimization and adjustment of the production system to ensure that the products can better meet customer needs. The core of this production plan adjustment lies in the ultimate control of quality and the humanized upgrade of packaging.

Part one---Production

1.All shade balls are made of new high-density polyethylene (HDPE) material, which has excellent UV resistance, aging resistance, and corrosion resistance, ensuring that the product can maintain shape stability and long-lasting function under long-term outdoor exposure.

2.The fully automated injection molding production line ensures the uniform size and wall thickness of each sunshade ball. During the production process, we have established a quality inspection checkpoint to conduct 100% manual and machine double screening on the roundness, color, presence of bubbles and burrs of the products, resolutely preventing any unqualified products from entering the next stage.

3.The laboratory regularly conducts sampling tests on finished products, simulates extreme weather environments, and conducts impact resistance, buoyancy, and sun protection effect tests to ensure that every sunshade ball delivered to customers meets or even exceeds established standards.

Part two---Package

Scientific packaging: Each certain quantity of sunshade balls will be packaged in independent plastic bags to effectively prevent surface scratches and dust pollution caused by friction during transportation.

Pressure resistant outer packaging: Based on the characteristics of the sunshade ball, we have customized ton bag packaging and adopted a scientific stacking arrangement to maximize the use of space while ensuring that the box has sufficient pressure and seismic resistance to cope with the bumps and challenges during long-distance transportation.

Part three---Shipment

1.Preferred logistics partner: We work hand in hand with reputable brand logistics companies with long-term cooperation to select the best condition vehicles for transportation, ensuring that the transportation vehicles are clean and safe.

2.Loading standardization: On site supervisors will strictly follow the standardized operating procedures to guide loading, using professional methods such as staggered stacking and reinforced filling to avoid unnecessary damage caused by the movement and compression of goods inside the carriage.

3.Full process visual tracking: Customers can use the waybill number we provide to track the real-time location of their goods, achieving full process visual monitoring from the factory to the destination. We promise to activate emergency plans as soon as any abnormal situation occurs and maintain close communication with customers.

This order took no more than 20 days from receipt to shipment and we received very satisfactory feedback from the customer. The trust of our old customers is the driving force behind our progress, and every detail from production to transportation is controlled to not disappoint this trust.
