On the second day of Shanghai Chem Expo 2025, we were honored to welcome our long-term Chilean partners who had traveled thousands of miles. Over a warm dinner that evening, we reminisced about how our partnership began years ago - how we became their first Chinese supplier, and how our products--Lamella sheets and Aerators have been integral to their water treatment. The conversation flowed effortlessly as we shared stories of challenges overcome and milestones achieved together. What started as a business relationship has truly grown into a valued friendship built on mutual trust. As the night concluded, we eagerly made plans for their factory visit the following day - the next chapter in our ongoing collaboration.
On June 7th, we accompanied our Chilean clients on a high-speed train journey to our manufacturing facility for a comprehensive factory tour. From the initial production processes to quality control measures and finally to the packaging and shipping procedures, we provided detailed explanations at every stage. The clients were particularly impressed by our product quality and quality control strictly, which clearly demonstrated our commitment to excellence.
Throughout the visit, he asked insightful questions and expressed genuine appreciation for our operational transparency and technical expertise.
