Usage:
1. Please clean the filter by water before filling materials in the filter groove. Different filter materials can be placed as single layer or mixed together.
2. 1L bio-chemical filtering materials can be used for 60L(60kg) water. Filtering effect is related to the using time, density of fishes and aquatic plants, water quality and size of stream.
1. Activation of water quality: The ceramic glass ring can activate the ions in the water and slightly release A-rays and infrared rays that are beneficial to humans and fish.
2. Stabilize water quality: The stability of PH can properly adjust the water that is too acidic, so that it is adjusted to be close to neutral and weak alkali, so that the mineral content is stable.
3. Cultivation of nitrifying bacteria: The high surface area generated by the porosity of the glass ring is a good environment for culturing nitrifying bacteria in water, and the hydrophilicity is strong, which can convert the highly toxic NO2 and H4 produced in the water to vertebrates due to various reasons. The less toxic NO3 can greatly improve the water quality.
4. Large adsorption area: Because the glass ring is porous, it can absorb harmful bacteria in the water, including some residual chlorine gas in the water. Placing biospheres in the aquarium can absorb the residues and feces that cannot be filtered by the filter.
